Housmose Music ("we", "us", "our") is an independent music label based in Belgium. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website (housmose.com).

• Newsletter subscribers: email address, first name (optional)
• Promo list applicants: name, email, role, platform, city, profile URL, genre preferences
• Contact form: name, email, subject, message
• Demo submissions: name, email, demo link, genre, message

3. How we use your data

• To send newsletters about new releases, events and label news (with your consent)
• To manage our promo mailing list
• To respond to your enquiries
• To review demo submissions

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.

5. Third-party processors

We use the following services to process your data:

• HubSpot - CRM and email marketing (data stored in the EU/US under Standard Contractual Clauses)
• Supabase - Database hosting (EU region)
• Vercel - Website hosting

6. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed or until you request deletion. Contact and demo form data is retained for up to 12 months.
